Your information deserves careful handling.
This notice applies to people who express interest in, apply for or participate in recruitment for Dynasty Agro Intelligence.
Information we collect
We collect contact details, location and territory preferences, education, relevant experience, technology readiness, availability, scenario responses, declarations, recruitment source and reference details. We do not require identity documents at the initial application stage. We collect only what is reasonably needed for recruitment and programme operations.
Why and how we use it
We use recruitment information to validate applications, assess objective eligibility, calculate a transparent preliminary screening score, detect possible duplicates, communicate with applicants, conduct human review, arrange assessments and interviews, verify references where justified, operate cohorts and meet legal, security and audit obligations.
Automated screening and human review
Objective rules and configured weights may assist preliminary screening. Rules versions and reasons are recorded. Generative AI does not make final hiring decisions, and subjective text analysis must not silently reject an applicant. Authorised staff conduct human review and may document justified overrides.
Identity and reference verification
We may contact a reference or request identity evidence at a later stage. Any document request will use a secure private process. Documents are not placed in the public website or sent as public links.
Communications and service providers
We may send recruitment messages by email, SMS or another approved channel. Authorised providers may process limited information under confidentiality, security and data-protection obligations. Recruitment data is not sold.
Retention and security
Recruitment records are retained only for the configured period needed for recruitment, audit, dispute management and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Access is role-restricted, security events are audited, transport is encrypted and sensitive values are kept out of public logs and analytics.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, withdrawal from recruitment, restriction, objection, or deletion/anonymisation where applicable. Some audit or legal records may need to be retained. Withdrawing does not affect lawful processing already completed.
Separate from farmer-registry data
Recruitment information does not automatically become farmer-registry data. The public Field Officer verifier contains only an approved, sanitised set of public authorisation details.
