What you will do

Produce accurate field evidence with professionalism.

Community engagement

Engage farmers and agricultural stakeholders professionally and confirm consent.

Field collection

Collect complete information with approved digital tools and valid GPS coordinates.

Data protection

Protect confidential information and use it only for authorised work.

Quality control

Avoid duplicate, fabricated or misleading records and respond to verification questions.

Territory ownership

Work independently within an assigned territory while meeting consistency standards.

Professional development

Attend required training, assessments and operational meetings.

Fabricated, duplicated, manipulated or unauthorised submissions are prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification or removal from the programme.

Performance-based earning structure

Successful Field Officers may earn up to

₦150,000

per month

Subject to verified output, consistency, data quality and compliance with programme requirements.

Operational Retainer — Up to ₦50,000 Monthly

The maximum amount is not guaranteed. Earnings are determined by verified performance and compliance with the programme’s operational standards.
